Demarquis Mendenhall, known as Hulk The Comedian to his many followers is a comedy star on the rise. He currently resides in South Carolina with his wife. He is the oldest of three children. Growing up he would always be the one to make people laugh and smile in any situation. His energetic streetstyle of comedy, skits, and social medial rants have caught the attention of millions across the country, making him a well-known social media influencer on Instagram and TikTok. After being honorably discharged from the United States Army, Hulk decided to pursue security which landed him gigs as a celebrity bodyguard for a few of your favorite rappers. That lifestyle didn't fit with hi slaid-backdown to earth personality, so he decided to give his lifelong dream of being a standup comedian a try. This career path does not surprise his family or peers and they suggest that he will be great at what he do. After attending a few open mics, he caught the attention of many comedy stars. He has had the opportunity to host and feature for many of them including Capone, GuyTory, Bill Bellamy, John Henton, Joe Tory, David Arnold, Renny and Eddie Griffin to name a few. Performing for the first time in front of a large crowd on New Year's Eve at Levity Live in West Nyack, New York. Since then, he has performed at many different comedy clubs and venues across the country including the Symphony Space- New York, House of Laffs- Delaware, Chuckles- Memphis, Riddles- Chicago, and Funny Bone- VA Beach and Hartford, Baltimore Comedy Factory, Atlanta Comedy theatre, Raleigh Improv and the Arlington Improv. In 2021, Hulk had his headlining debut in his home state of South Carolina at The Comedy House with four sold out shows. You can currently catch him on tour with the legendary Eddie Griffin.
